Production Manager (Electronics/Audio)
Plan, oversee and streamline the supply chain for our earphones. Ensure quality requirements (materials, components, fit) and drive continuous improvement.
Marketing Manager (Performance & Brand)
Build and implement our marketing strategy. Responsible for campaigns, content, brand positioning and partnerships – with a focus on scalable growth across digital channels.
E-commerce/Operations Manager (Shopify)
Own conversion, merchandising and cash flow (Shopify). Set up processes for A/B testing, product launches, payments (Shopify Payments/Klarna) and data-driven optimisation.
Logistics Manager
Lead and optimise warehousing, pick/pack and shipping. Ensure high delivery accuracy, cost control and smooth returns.
Customer Service Manager
Build teams and processes for high customer satisfaction: fast response times, proactive problem-solving and quality feedback from customer to organisation.
Warehouse staff
Pack carefully, keep things organised and contribute to efficient workflows. We are looking for structured team players with an eye for quality.
